Environmental benifits

Mobility has a direct link with the environment. Business Lease supports the sustainable mobility lobby and is the only CO2-neutral leasing company based on a method recommended by the World Wildlife Fund. This means: all CO2 emission caused by our business activities is compensated with Gold Standard CO2 carbon-credits. In this way we invest in sustainable energy.

The Gold Standard carbon-credits is an international quality label recommended by the  World Wildlife Fund (WWF). Through the carbon-credits the investments go into truly clean energy sources such as wind, solar and water. Such projects consider the clean energy to be the foundation of the long-term sustainable economic activities in developing countries and emerging markets. This program intentionally chooses not to plant trees because trees can provide only a short-term storage of CO2.  It is much better to prevent the CO2 production, isn't it?

The Blue Care investments into the long-term sustainable energy in developing countries and emerging markets contribute to the reduction of CO2 production there. Less CO2 there also means less CO2 here. In other words: lower CO2 emission means less exhaust gases, slowdown of global warming and the rising of sea levels. But also less natural disasters and less poverty. This way we help create a better world for living.
